Is this truly only day-of service?+
No—and that is a good thing. Successful wedding-day coordination requires advance preparation. Active coordination begins three to four weeks before the wedding so we can understand and execute your plans responsibly.
Can we contact you before the final month?+
Yes. Communication begins once your deposit is paid. More involved planning meetings or hands-on services before the active coordination period may be added at an hourly rate.
Will you create our timeline?+
Yes. We build a detailed wedding-day timeline, confirm it with your vendors, and distribute the final version before the celebration.
Do you set up décor?+
We set up client-provided personal décor, favors, signage, and tablescape pieces within the agreed scope. Larger installations remain the responsibility of the appropriate rental or floral team.
