Tori and Ali were the best day of coordinators! They started working with us 2 weeks out and showed up to our month out meeting and were always on their A game! They helped keep track of vendors and I was fully confident in letting go and allowing them to run my wedding day! They are responsible, on top of their game, professional and so sweet! If you are looking for the best in their field, I highly recommend Ali and Tori! My wedding day would have not gone so smoothly without them!

I had the pleasure of working with VAE for our day-of coordinator and they truly exceeded all expectations. Their spectacular job not only kept everything organized but also elevated the entire event to a new level of perfection. From start to finish, their attention to detail and expertise were evident. Tori and Ali were absolutely amazing. I hired them as day of coordinators for my wedding and they were one of the best decisions i made for the day! When I first booked them for the wedding, we had an initial consultation phone call where they asked some details and I got really comfortable with them understanding the wedding vision. Then about a week before the wedding we went through a whole timeline and they understood the ins and outs of what was going to happen throughout the day. They came to help with the rehearsal and really helped make sure it all looked wonderful in the space we had which was a tricky space for a ceremony but they made it work really wonderfully. And on the wedding day I absolutely did not worry about a thing and everything went so smoothly so I know that they had everything under control and put together behind the scenes. If you're looking for any wedding coordination, you should definitely see if they are available. Thank you so much Ali and Tori for such a magical day. It was literal perfection.

Tori and Ali were amazing! I am so happy they were there to support us on our wedding day! They ensured that everything was set up and that we didn't have to worry about anything! They even made sure that we had food and drinks waiting for us once we were done with pictures! I am so so glad I hired them!

Ali and Tori were an absolute DREAM to work with! They have an incredible sense of style and organized our wedding decor in the most beautiful ways that we would have never been able to do on our own. I was able to just send them ideas of what I liked and they made everything come to life! They coordinated our entire wedding day and made everything run smoothly so that we could enjoy a stress free day. We ended up having major issues with our venue, but Ali and Tori handled all the issues that arose and took over the communication with our venue so that we didn’t have to deal with all the stress. We also utilized Ali and Tori’s coordinating for our bridal shower as well, and we are STILL getting compliments on how beautiful everything was! We will absolutely be going back to Ali and Tori for any future events that we have! We are so appreciative and grateful for them and for all that they did to make our wedding day a dream!!
