Day of Coordination for wedding including ceremony and reception, 8-10 hours on site (refer to Day of Coordination Package)

Services start 6 months before the wedding
Unlimited advice, guidance and planning
Unlimited email and phone correspondence with planners
Design assistance- finalizing design details for the wedding including color scheme, aesthetic of ceremony and reception including tablescape decor, signage, etc.
Vendor research including requesting proposals and maintaining all communication with potential vendors
Budget planning and maintenance (per request)
Monthly meetings leading up to the wedding day
Guest list management and seating chart assistance
Venue walkthrough (per request)
Day of Coordination for wedding including ceremony and reception, 8-10 hours on site (refer to Day of Coordination Package)

Services start 3-4 weeks before the wedding
8 Hours on site during your wedding day
Unlimited email and phone correspondence with planners
Vendor recommendations as needed
Day of event timeline based on client’s input and planning
Final vendor confirmations, 2-3 weeks before the event including final day of timeline distribution
Management of vendor arrival and setup
Setup of decor including tablescape decor, favors and other items provided by client
Oversight of all timeline items
Google doc to be sent by planners for client to complete based on specific details of event to create day of timeline
Mood board can be requested by client to assist with final decor details of ceremony and reception
