Full Event Coordination

starts at $3000
  • Unlimited advice, guidance and planning
  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence with planners
  • Assistance in Venue and Vendor selection and management including our preferred vendor list
  • Maintain ongoing vendor communication
  • Day of Coordination for the event (refer to Day of Coordination Package)
  • Guest list management and seating chart assistance
  • Monthly- biweekly meetings leading up to the day of the event
  • Creation of design and aesthetic of the event including invitations, color scheme, theme of event, rentals, tablescape decor, signage, etc.

Day of Coordination

$250 Per hour
  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence with planners
  • Vendor recommendations as needed
  • Final vendor confirmations 2-3 weeks before event including final timeline distribution
  • Management of vendor arrival and setup
  • Setup of decor including tablescape, favors and other decor items provided by the clients
  • Day of Event Timeline
  • Oversight of all timeline items
  • Google doc to be sent by coordinator for client to complete based on specific details of event to create Day of Event timeline
  • Mood board can be requested by client to assist with ceremony, tablescape decor and reception design

Bridal Shower and Baby Shower Package

$50 per person
  • 3 Hour Shower
  • Set up & Clean up
  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence with planners
  • Tablescape Decor including glassware, plateware, silverware, napkins, candles, etc.
  • Small Floral Arrangements for tables based on the amount of guests attending
  • Vendor Services: recommendations as needed, management of vendor arrival and setup, maintain ongoing vendor communication
  • Mood Board to be created by planner and approved by client to determine theme and decor
